Music Submission Guidelines

Thank you for your interest in Cleff Publishing Music.

We are accepting works at this time.  Please send the following (for each composition) for consideration:

• An audio demo (if possible)
• A master score
• The essential instrumentation (minimum necessary for musical interpretation) and full instrumentation.
• A brief description of the piece and your inspiration for the particular arrangement.
• The level of complexity of the piece (1 beginner, 2 easy, 3 intermediate, 4 accomplished, 5 professional.)

Please be aware that if the song is not in the public domain, permission will need to be obtained from the copyright holder (composer) for rights to publish an arrangement.  This process may delay the time to market. 

Please indicate if you have scribed your arrangement using a music notation software.  Finale (2006) is the preferred format, but is not required. 

Cleff Publishing will act as a storefront for your works and will fulfill all orders.  

A digitally mastered demo will be produced and included with the Cleff Publishing offerings.
